The ladies play in two series: A1- A2 and B1 - B4. The winning club in category A1 is Swiss Champion. The three best-placed and the three last-placed teams in each case are promoted and relegated respectively.
The men play in two series: A1- A4 and B1 - B5. The winning club of category A1 is Swiss Champion. The three best-placed and the three last-placed teams in each case are promoted and relegated respectively.

This championship is for players (ladies and men) with a handicap between 10.0 and 18.0.
One team with 6 players (ladies or men) per club can take part. 3 foursomes and 6 singles match plays are played.

Only ladies from the same family but from different generations can take part in this championship.
Per team, a maximum handicap of 70.0 is stipulated. 18-hole Stroke Play (Par+5) greensomes are played.
